My experience could not have been better. I brought in 3 emergency dogs close to closing without an appt. Dr Vineyard treated us with the utmost care and concern. My dogs and I all had close attention, great communication, explaining the situation and options, hours of extra time beyond closing. Her expertise was evident and I felt in the best hands. She also was in communication with the night urgent care doctor since we were headed to surgery. When I met the excellent doctor at night, Dr. Panini, their sharing of all tests and thoughts were obvious. Every single person in the office was positive and patient. I will definitely be back and am so glad I found this treasure of a vet office for my dogs. And the bonus is at night it is an urgent care and they too were amazing.
